The emergency room nurse at the Barstow community hospital was very rude to me as a patient in need of care at that time. I had asked the nurse to please help me with my sock due to an injury on my hip where it is hard for me to put my sock on and her remarks was I ain't going to help you, you need to learn how to put your sock on yourself, then she was rushing me out telling me come on come let's go. My reason for my visit was I needed to get my right toe to be fixed. I do apologize for my complaint, but it wasn't very nice for her to treat me like that she was Mexican with brown hair she look like she was in her late 30 early 40's. My feelings was hurt because she made me feel like I was nothing . Resolution Sought I would like for my claim to be addressed.

Hi! I am Canadien and I came to Barstow Community Hospital for emergency on March 04 2022 ... l have seen no doctor,,, just a nurse who diagnosed Zoster without complications I gave my ID, personal address , phone number and I fully complete the hospital form ,,,, I never receive your billing and today I receive a phone call informing me that I owe more than 2900$ This is completely out of proportion considering I was not hospitalized, was in an out for about 1 hour, no blood test, nothing else but a prescription I greatly appreciated the diagnostic, the medication and the effects on my disease but I am being over bill ,,,,,I hope you can help me resolve this matter in a reasonable way Thank you ever so much Resolution Sought Investigate my case ,contact the hospital, reduce the cost to a reasonable amount.

Company states: The patient spoke with the financial department and our CFO agreed to accept $400.00 in full, and the patient did pay that amount. We can only address the bill from Barstow Community Hospital. We cannot address the physician's group bill which he may or may not have received yet.

Consumer states; The issue was resolved with the hospital, I paid $400 as a final payment. The administration was really comprehensive and I am very satisfied with the treatment received and the final settlement that they offer. Therefore the case is close. Thank's for assisting me through this process.
