The Complete inconsistency and inconsiderate actions by dispatch and drivers. I wait 2 hrs for a cab on a Wednesday in the middle of Silver Springs downtown area. There's no excuse for a wait time of that magnitude. This has happened numerous times more than I can count. What if I was a mother with two children which for example happened today it was a mother and two children that waited outside their house an hour and a half for ride to church. Sadly that ride never arrived. I don't know what else to say but for the fact that I will keep recording on this company every time I think about it so you may receive hundreds of letters from me describing my disappointment with this business in this company. I am not looking for any financial compensation I just would like for this business to close or have there business strategy observed or audited by any kind of customer service consultant that they have out there.
