Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Tried to change my address and phone number on my acct. Then tried to withdraw money on my acct. WAS TOLD TO GO OUTSIDE AND USE THE ATM !!!!! ASKED FOR MGR WAS TOLD SHE WAS IN TRAINING BUT SEEN HEARD HER LAUGHING ON HER CELL PHONE OTHER EMPLOYEES WENT IN AND WERE TELLING JOKES
