Poor customer service.

I been a customer at Belk several years and never experience what I did today. Went to clinique counter, young lady never acknowledge me kept helping the other person. I was really upset because I have work 14 years at JC Penney. In training we were told always recognize the person and still continue with that person. This took place in Danville Va person name is Crystal the time was 11:00 5/29/18. First recognize that I am loyal customer this I was spend money today but she made me didn't want to buy anything in the store.
