Well, he painted over the caulk on the side of the tub. The paint had runs in it/bubbles. He missed areas. He was using a paint brush to do this with. I told him that I wasn't going to pay for that. That it needed to be fixed. His response was he would redo it. He went to that car got his acetone poured it in the tub and stated he was going to get a sandwich. I knew he wasn't going to return. Tried to call this company no answer. Being that I didn't pay them, but I have to pay someone else to come fix the issue the amount I placed in the disputed $ is some of what I will be paying the new company for repair. At this time, all I have requested is the SDS and/or product & manufacturer name that has been used in my home. This product has exhibited abnormal cure, and continues to off-gas potentially hazardous fumes; I would like to know what the product is to mitigate any safety risks, as well as how to salvage the shower if possible. I have never requested, nor am I seeking a refund … I want the chemical information, and I would prefer to have an actual business address to send legal documents … Both the Beech Grove Indiana and Bowling Green Kentucky addresses are not the advertised company "BestBathtubFinish.Com". I requested help since this is a chemical hazard through Illinois Department of Labor OSHA office, and they informed me this is a civil matter, but I have no POC in order to start that process.
