I have been trying for weeks to reach someone at the local Best Buy's in Baton Rouge, LA but they always send you to the general automated number with choices that don't apply to my situation then I wait and wait. Then when I finally get someone, they switch me to geek squad but not auto tech department which is what I need and I have to wait. So then the phone just connects me to a voice mail after again waiting and waiting and I've left three voicemail messages over the past couple weeks or so and no one has called me back so I can set up an appointment to get work done through auto tech! I've called customer service asking for a supervisor and that person told me they assured me they'd connect me to someone and then the call disconnected TWICE!! Resolution Sought Return the call to me so I can set up appointment. Or because of the inconvenience, not charge me to install the dash can hardware kit.

This was the worst experience I have had with any stereo installation establishment. I have an intoxilock hooked up in my car & had no problem with the car battery at all. After the install of my 1rst another tech says my car battery will die if I had the car on without it running which I never do so I figured it would be okay.in any manner it was the complete opposite the car battery started to die with the car running. The fuse under the hood melted that the hooked up. They also left hand prime all over my tan Interior during this install. I took the car back 3 times not one of the techs knew to much about what they were doing. One tech said it was all hooked up wrong from the previous tech and to come back in a month to have it rewired. When I took it back he told me it was my amp he lied and said my amp wouldn't turn off when I asked him to show me outside of the car the amp turned off fine. They wanted me to buy a new amp is what I got out of that. But when I proved that he was lying he just said oh put the amp back in and never retired the car like he was supposed to. So as I kept driving the car wired wrong it killed my car battery and that I turn wrecked my car actuator. Which Best Buy needs to replace but I can't get in touch with anyone about this they transfer me to 3 people no one can help me. My second to last visit in plover was another wreck. I took I it there to have it required like it was supposed to be a while back and the guy again said it was wired wrong Resolution Sought I would like some kind of compensation for the faulty install, for the car detailing for time wasted for not being able to use my car for days because of negligence and corrective action on or against rude employees as I am very uneasy about my car being left there with a person who made me feel as though he would sabotage my car.
