I booked a flight to Vienna, Austria, from LAX for September 27th, 2021. The day before my flight, FareBoom contacted me and told me that one of the airlines had canceled a leg of my flight and they offered to either find a new itinerary for me or to allow me to cancel my flight for a full refund. I opted to have them find a new flight for me, but they were unable to do so. They then pushed me to allow them to cancel my flight and promised me (in writing) a refund of 720.52 if I did. I accepted, but, after nearly three months, I have yet to receive a refund. When I reached out to them they said my refund had been denied. Resolution Sought I would like Fareboom to stick to their promises and refund me the $720.52 they owe me. If not, I intend to take them to court.
