Just reporting a Shady Business

My son-in-law went to buy a car he gave them $1500 deposit a few days later he changed his mind and went back to get the deposit and they told him that he could not have it have it because the bank owns the car and we call the bank bank and the bank said that the loan has not gone through yet so when we went through and told this to the sales person sales person he gave us a hard time on getting Our money back so the police had to get involved before he finally gave the money back
