For them to fix there cart issue,
It' was terrible I couldn't shop without a dirty or broken cart.. They only have a few carts to begin with and it was just terrible.

He was very rude, nasty, and unprofessional
On 4/21/202- I went in and purchased at fireplace that was marked down 209.00, and the sale associates got the manager to mark it down to 188.15 because it was damaged. Came back to pick up in 4/22/2021 the team lead "Randy" states it had been sold in March. He was very rude, nasty, and unprofessional, once I asked for provide proof of the purchase in March. I demanded me to get a refund and leave the sale immediately. Also stated that I had to take the sold sign off the merchandise. I was racial profile, I advise I wasn't in the wrong, I have my receipt where I've paid for the merchandise, and begins yelling leave my store now, I asked to speak to the store manager or any available manage/ he stated he was the manager, I also asked for corporate number ( he refused) an cashier gave it to many. Because I wouldn't leave the store he called the cops to have my family and myself Escort out. However when the cops arrive, very professional, provided and statement of what had happen, they was very Baffled and confused on why the team leader called the cops instead of showing proof of the purchase in March. The cashier stated the Randy the team lead in furniture always has an nasty attitude, and isn't helpful. Demote him from his position
