Stop hiring young stupid drivers who have no manners or home training for the people who are your drivers customers who represent your company.

I requested a yellow cab yesterday between the hour of 1:00pm to 3:00pm and then a driver in the car number 48 arrived and asked me if I was going to pay him in cash or was I going to use a card to pay him. I said I am paying you In cash. Then he asked me for a dub. I don't know what the hell is a dub. English please people. At this time we have not even move to go to the destination so I told him I would be calling for another cab and I got out of the car. I am a disabled man who is 55 years of age and I don't have any time for games or ignorance from your drivers who don't know how to treat your customers. The trip that I was taking was to go to Publix on 20th street south and then come back home. That's ride cost $13.00 round trip. If the yellow cab company wants to stay in business I want you to talk with your drivers about the treatment of people who they are picking up as customers and the nasty cars and attitudes of the drivers to the customers. Stop hiring young stupid drivers who have no manners or home training for the people who are your drivers customers who represent your company. And tell your drivers to stop driving so damn fast.

Make these can drivers do there jobs and start pick-up passengers that need reliable transportation in the community

Every time I call yellow cab for pick up the driver never shows up.. Then when I call customer service he our she tells me nobody gotten my pick up order. I have to wait hours for a taxi cab in Birmingham AL and most of the times they don't even show up. I'm just sick of the no reliable transportation in Birmingham AL. Something needs to be done about this situation
