from the beginning..we waited at airport for over an hour before the bus came. Fleace, Weaver the travel host never apologized for being late. Customer service did not exist on this trip. After taking bags to hotel where they held our luggage, rooms were not ready.. we began touring and walking, we had a quick lunch. Then back to walking. By now everyone was exhausted and rank. When we arrived at a restaurant for dinner then we could go to our rooms. I realized Fleace had set up a kick back wirh the restaurant. She wanted us to order the same thing. I asked for a menu and she flipped!she aggressively snatched the menu out of my hands demanding we take a picture of the menu . In Florence, we arrived late, nice shops were closing in 30 min. I asked her if we could go to the shop. She literally hollered at me in the street in front of everyone. the group and all the tourist The next day, I i knew I deserved to enjoy my vacation, so I immediately put her in her place when she joined the group. I could not tolerate her bullying. It wasn't pretty but she needed to be reminded i was a customer. The poor black girls were scared of her-i felt like I was with a cult. Everyone whispered. You could tell she was very controlling. All I expect is to be treated with respect. I would have been bothered to witness her behavior from the third person. Buying black doesn't mean treat me like crap. She is extremely rude and controlling. She has since changed the name of her company.. watch out for her name Fleece Weaver. A travel host--grade FF
