What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Blinds ordered at end of August 2018; however discovered that blinds in bedroom allowed too much light in around the exterior

I was most disappointed with the result of the blinds for my bedroom. I was not informed by the sales representative at the time that there would still remain some light in around the blinds. As I face the street in my building, this was a serious dilemma. The passing cars at night shine into my room. After some consultation with BCA and the store I dealt with, Blinds To Go, Kanata store, Ottawa, we came to a satisfactory solution. The store offered to replace the blinds in my bedroom with a different product and have them installed again. At the same time, they would remove the current incorrect blinds and return them to the store. This is the outcome I was hoping for and I am pleased with it. Thank you to BCA for assisting in the resolution to my problem.
