Don't block my television access to sell Apple products

Apple put a commercial on my Fire TV, Blocking any access to my television! It took Comcast and Amazon two hours to restore it! I felt like a hostage! I don't use Alexa or Siri and I resent the attempt by Apple to try and force me to subscribe!

I want the business punished/reprimanded for this violation of good business practices.

I received a solicitation for a monetary donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in the package with my most recently delivered order from wintersilks.
