No longer promote this on booking.com.

Booking.com is promoting a rental in my neighborhood that is illegal. (Yosemite Ktbrkj Ranch). Has no running water. Guests are requested to poop and pee in buckets. Filthy conditions. Mouse poo in cabinets, mouse poison in cabinets. Have called booking.com several times to report conditions, several neighbors have also called, they say they can not do anything about it, even after reading bad reviews. Have also filed complaint with local health department. (Mariposa county, CA). I live down the road from this place and can vouch that it is basically a junk yard run by felons and drug addicts. Mariposa law enforcement has had many calls to this address for theft, etc.

If something goes wrong I think it is wrong to have to pay for a room if I spend no time in it. I would expect a refund

After making a reservation I was shocked and dismayed to see that I would be charged $70 if I cancelled especially since the website claimed in cancellation fees.
