Big scam. Needs to he stopped.

This website is a scam. A well thought out scam. They are selling tickets to events knowing that they are canceling out, or they don't exist at all. Doesn't make sense. Then they tell you they are a 3rd party seller. They won't give refunds to events that cancel out when though there's another buyers guarantee on their website. Big phony. You can't get in touch with anyone. If they do, they hang up on you. Big scam. Needs to he stopped. PayPal refunded me already. Haha

I felt they were very shady. I think they should be exposed for who they are. Not reputable.

I purchased 20 tickets to Trans Siberian Orchestra...was told my tickets were for section 122 rows MPRST 4 in each row. I called several times wondering where my tickets were and when they would be delivered...Was told they would be delivered by 11/25/18 which I thought strange because the performance was 12/02/18...I never did receive the tickets they emailed them to me AND they were not the seats I purchased....they put 6 in section 123 and the rest in 121 which were not great seats. I feel this is not a reputable company and they do not tell the truth. I paid a lot of money for these seats and not given the ones I purchased. I want them to be given a very LOW rating. Maybe I can save someone else from making the mistake of using this company. They gave me back $200.00 I just wanted all our seats together as I stated when I purchased them. They did not do this. I felt they were very shady...someone called them ticket scalpers to me, and I was shocked. I think they should be exposed for who they are. Not reputable.
