This company is a giant scam; they lie about what needs to be done and mess up your computer---after they swindle a large fee and create e-mails from your account authorizing them to do work that is not approved.

Company remotely connects to client computers. Clients remain on the phone while technicians make adjustments to repair computer issues. Its like trying to communicate in a super busy Starbucks due to other technicians working with other clients. One must yell to be understood with individuals who have a poor command of english and speak with a heavy accent. Company failed to fix my problem and I had to dispute the credit card charge to get a refund. Company deleted software on my computer without authorization. When I began I had two printers one not working.When the tech said I was fixed it was because he was able to print test pages from my printer. Later when I tried to print from an application I found I had lost all printing capability. I refused further access to my computer because of the damage done to my system.
