PLEASE LISTEN THIS IS A COMPLETE CON, I guarantee you will seriously regret giving them money!!! These guys are dangerous, they can endlessly draft money with no real results. About the only thing they actually did out of everything they promised was provide an extremely generic website; didn't even use any of the information or pictures we provided. They promise to get your business on the 1st page of Google keyword searches within 90 days and include your business in 45 directories. Supposedly they did manage to get us on the 45 directories, but 8 months in and still don't show up on Google period! Every three months you have to look for a Google post card with a PIN number and call to give it to Brandrep so they can renew your Google Website. They call you constantly, but they don't do anything about your concerns, just a pointless waste of breath. By the way, they're on the West Coast, their business hours can be a problem. Do yourself a favor, if the online presence is truly needed for your business, hire a local company you get sit down with and develop a decent website. It'll probably cost you less, you get what you want and at the end of the day you have a physical business to hold accountable. Trust me, I understand fully that some things just don't work out or expectations might be unrealistic, but I seriously feel like a made a truly amateur move hiring Brandrep! The heart of any good business in controlling your expenses/commitments and watching your rate-of-return. Good Luck!

Recently had excellent response from BrandRep to questions

I was contacted by BrandRep sales representatives and became interested in becoming a customer. Having been concerned if I hastily rushed into the agreement, I contacted the sales agent and immediately received a call back by the customer service department. The response satisfied any concerns I had at the time. A competitor then contacted me and seemed to heavily slammed BrandRep, which although was not professional, I still contacted BrandRep a second time via email. Once again, I got an immediate follow up call from the head of marketing who immediately addressed my concerns. I must say that BrandRep has handled themselves professionally and has maintained my confidence in their company. It does take time to see results, which is normal in this field but in the interim, I would highly recommend BrandRep for anyone's SEO guidance. Sheldon, Montreal, Canada
