Bright Now Dental, Inc. complaints

I am 63 years young and disabled living on a fixed income. Around July or August 2023 I was given an order to take to a Dentist or Oral Surgeon to remove all of my upper front teeth. My Dentist which was BRIGHT NOW DENTAL located in Hemet, Ca. The Dentist was getting me ready for Dentures and the bone in the top front of my mouth was to be removed to make it level. ( called alveoloplasty). On September 9, 2023 the extractions were done by the Dentist Implant Center in Riverside, CA. and the bone shaved down in the top of my mouth the surgeon did not have to remove it. I receive MEDI-CAL and IEHP which is a type of Insurance from the state. I was approved for my Dentures on October 9, 2023 a month later. I returned to BRIGHT NOW two more times after the extractions, in October of 2023 I went in for a basic check up after the extractions, I asked about my dentures and I was told that they haven't been approved yet. Ok I went back in November 2023 for a second check up and again procedures were performed but not pertaining to my dentures, I asked again about my dentures and when I was going to be fitted for them. I was told again that they hadn't been approved. At this point I called IEHP myself and found out that they were approved back in October of 2023. Ok I figured at this point they w Resolution Sought To Be Made Whole, Pain-and Suffering, Quality of Life was taken away. I want to sue this company for all the pain and suffering that my family and myself are still having to endure. Haven't had solid food in six months and counting weight loss of sixty- plus pounds, still having to eat soups and soft foods.

Went for a tooth infection /extraction. They upsold me on getting a transplant. Dentist pulled my badly infected tooth tried to do a bone graft and implant at the same time and due to infection it did not take so he did a bone graft only in the infected area. A couple days later with the same pain bone graft failed and fell out. I had followed all directions. I returned and he put the graft back in and said it was free this time but if it falls out again I have to pay. Hd was tough and mean. I said I wanted a refund on the future Dr ex vices that were not rendered. I went back and forth with the rude office assistant and they want to charge me joe for the 2nd bone graft and not refunding the correct amount. They cause a lot of pain and suffering for the bad dentistry. Their practice is unethical collecting money for procedures that they did not complete. Resolution Sought Refund so I can get corrective dentistry.
