I want nothing I quite Humana dental plan. They treat you like your second hand people. I rather see a dentist who treats you kindly and is kind.

After injection was made to wait 45 mim. Had to get out of the chair to go find my dentist. He was talking on the phone. Also, they require x-rays every 6 months. I am 80 this is way too often. Sandusky OH Location..

Waiting 2 hours when you have an appointment...

My daughter had an appt for a cleaning at 11am by 1pm she called me asking if this was normal because in the 9 yrs we have been patients there, we have never had to wait this long at the 1285 Alabama Redlands Location. So I called and spoke with the office manager Gaby and she apologized and let me know my daughter was being seen at that time and she said she would personally apologize to my daughter. Although I am very pleased that Gaby got my daughter seen and explained the situation, I noticed on their BCA report, they have an F rating. I've never had any problems with the Redlands branch on Alabama and I certainly hope this is the first and last concern I have with this company.
