Thank you Business Alliance for communicating with Brinks Home Security, that not communicating with their customers before changing company name or rising rates and even charging extra for a paper bill is not right or good for customer relations. Not having a sign contract with Brinks made it harder to be convince I had any legal reason to even pay them anything. So when Brinks actually explain what happen with their name change and actually lowering my monthly bill even lower than what I was willing to pay them that satisfied my issues. I thank Brinks for their explanation and their consideration about my monthly bill. I only have 9 months left on my current contract left.
So thank you Business consumer Alliance for your assistance in settling my complaint.
