The game I have been sold is not performing like it is supposed to

The game I have been sold is not performing like it is supposed to. I have been intentionally sold a product that is not what is said it was, and does not work as it said it would. It is a trap and a shame. Pay me for my suffering and mental anguish that your game has put me through and when i receive said money, we will negotiate further.
