she was extremely unprofessional and I would like to be able to shop in the store with out the fear of being harassed

I was in the store shopping for a new hat when the store security approached me and said that I needed to leave the store, so I left and I called to talk to the manager to find out why, I got a woman named Olga on the phone and she admitted that she was the one who had me leave the store but when I asked for an explanation she slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she answered and hung up on me again, I tried calling her back again and she hung up on me again and after that she would not answer the phone anymore. I have no idea why she is treating me this way it really hurt my feelings I just wanted to buy the hat that I picked out. I would like Olga to be removed from her position, she was extremely unprofessional and I would like to be able to shop in the store with out the fear of being harassed
