She needs to be more professional, and stop cussing people out.

Went to pick up grand son paycheck, because he started another job, owner stated she needed a letter of release, then stated that he didn't give a 3 or 4 day notice, she cursed him out the day before and then told me I didn't raise him right. He has a opportunity for a permanent job, he called to pickup check and she wouldn't allow him. She said she would put it in the mail Thursday night which she didn't have to because he lives less than 5 miles away from her business. Now he has to wait 2 to 3 days to get his money to pay his car note which needed to be paid today..she needs to be more professional and stop being argumentive..this is not her 1st time..other people has shared the same experience with her. She needs to be more professional, and stop cussing people out making them mad,and stop trying to take revenge on the people she sends on Assignments..and give him his paycheck today and if she mails it she need to add the late fee for him missed his carnote.
