This company should be cited for disrespecting clients

I tried to get veterinary care for my dogs on July 29, 2020 when I was greeted by the receptionist, my troubles soon began. I was there to drop my dog off for a check up regarding your skin condition, the girl was very rude and refused to identify herself when asked what her name was since she was wearing a mask and I didn't know who she was and who I was speaking with. I was also trying to obtain a refill prescription for my other dog. The pharmacy that I use attempted to contact this office seven times with no response. They fail to contact me to tell me that my dog needed an evaluation in order to get a refill on a prescription that he has been on for 12 years. They also told me that they no longer call and prescriptions as of the week before. I had been calling their office and talking to their staff with no help. During my visit on July 29, a girl named Sidney at the front desk got me so upset. I was waiting in my car in 100°heat. When the supervisor came out to my car to talk to me about my upset she completely agreed with me regarding the above situation and was apologetic. I was so frustrated I was cussing in my car about Sidney and said that if the girl wasn't fired I would find another vet. Within minutes dr. Fox, one of the veterinarians came out to my car and started screaming at me saying "and " YOU ARE FIRED "! He said that at least five times and then walked away from my car. My regular vet was not there, Dr. Fox was not to see my animals per my request. This
