They did the siding on my house two years ago and I have been fighting with them every since. Every month siding falls off and I have to fight them to get someone over to fix it. They never taped the seams for the green guard and now I have a whole bunch of siding falling off and flapping all over and it has opened up a spot that shows me that there is green guard missing and wood is exposed. They never put finish strips up on the top and told us that they would minimize the seams with long pieces but that was not honored either. We built the house ourselves so we knew this siding job was going to be difficult and explained all this to them before hiring them and the salesman promised us that they were the best and they knew how to fix some of the bulging that would occur. Again this was not honored and the job was not done correctly. So now I have siding flapping around and they got back to me and asked me if they could come out in June! That is ridiculous to wait a month while I have siding flapping all over again! Resolution Sought Honestly I want it all redone. I know that it is very expensive and very time-consuming but I feel as though the person that they subcontracted did not honor anything that was said to us. Now I am concerned that the house is not fully wrapped in green guard and because they didn't tape the seams I will now have water in the wood which will make it rot.

We have worked with the customer since and have resolved the issues present. The customer was notified to reach out with any further issues if they arise so we can resolve them in a timely matter.
