Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They met and exceeded my expectation!!

In July 2019, I hired him to repair a prior roofer's poor & incomplete job on the roof on our home. I was very pleased with his performance, so I hired him to do the roof on our garage. He was referred to me by my sister. He met and exceeded my expectation. He's very conscientious, carrying and wants to do the job right! Also, walked me through the entire process and he followed through with the specifications from the Contractor State License Board. No doubt he will be my 1st call if I need his services in the future. I most definitely would recommend him to others.
