Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Electrical job on 1940 home It’s hard to find a HONEST & COMPASIONATE & ACOMODATING COMPANY WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER & THERE NEEDS, LEO IS the OWNER who is ALL OF THOSE.... I called Reached out online to Cal Coast Electric on a Thursday late evening. Leo quickly called me that same evening to set up an appointment to come out the next day Friday. He evaluated my problem due to having 1/2 my electricity going out thru out my house. He set up the next day to start my big job on a Saturday & find the problem. He was accommodating & explained everything as he went thru every electric outlet in my home. He stayed late Saturday so at least I would have more electricity thru out my whole house. He came back Monday morning & finished the job. He was detailed in explaining the problems thru out my house & explaining all codes with language I could comprehend. He was kind & compassionate & continued to look out for my home safety which is so appreciated. it was amazing finding a company that actually cared about there customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEO @ Cal Coast Electric Inc.
