The work they did was great.

This was my first time using Cali-Rooter & Plumbing and they did a good job. Overall the work they did was great, they replaced my entire sewer line. I know that John is super busy because the quality of the work he does is in high demand. I will say they keep in good communication if I called or text they got back to me right away. I was happy that he sent me updates on the day the job was done because I was at work, I wish they would have been in real time but I understand that they have a job to do. The only minor issue that I did have was it took some time to get a receipt but eventually I did get it. Overall though they are a good company with reasonable prices and quality work I would recommend them to anyone who was need of a reliable plumber.

They were great!

I had Cali-Rooter & Plumbing replace about 50 feet of my main sewer line. The tech explained what needed to be done and what steps we needed to take to avoid future issues. They kept me well informed though the process and finished up on time. Their customer service and communication was good, I would recommend them for their plumbing services.
