They have kept us uninformed and dragging the process on and on for months.

We were trying to obtain a refi on our home. We began the process in September 2020 with a lock date of November 24th 2020. We have never been turned down or missed a mortgage payment in our lives. C. Johnson and C. Saul have been our representatives. They have kept us uninformed and dragging the process on and on for months. We have provided everything want by the underwriters in a very timely way (usually an hour or so). They drag it out month after month with us providing statements each month. Today, we heard via email we had a mew agent. We called our rep and he knew nothing about it and told us the documents were being reviewed by the title company. The new agent, called around 3:00 pm pacific time and asked again for new banking statements, which they have had. We are done with this company. I read reviews and they were excellent, not so.
