Installation was thorough, but salesman was not.

California Deluxe Windows replaced two bedroom windows. However, we left open the possibility of doing more windows at the same time but the salesperson never followed-up after we signed the contract or contacted me to pursue this possibility. The company did provide prompt and thorough service with regard to the installation, but I am not sure if I would recommend them to others based on my experience with the salesman, as mentioned above.

Good Value and Great Product

California Deluxe Windows fabricated and installed replacement windows and two sliding glass doors for my mother's house. They did what they said and performed it when promised and the work was done as scheduled shortly after the order. The process was open (they gave me a personal tour of the factory) and covered all details in an efficient manner. I was particularly impressed that the windows were built explicitly for this house with good fit and complete removal of the old window structures. I would rate them a 4.5, mostly because I find it hard to believe there wasn't anything they couldn't do better. But, I can't think of what that failing was in this case. I would recommend this company because they do what they say, with good results. I don't think they are the cheapest available, but they provide a good value and great product.
