Had some masonry work on my stairs done in April and some cracks were observed in September. Since then, I have called the company over a dozen times, left three text messages and spoke to the owner twice. On both occasions Bernard told me that he would come out to look at the problem and come back to make the repair. Since then, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and, as of now, he hasn't .responded to either of us. Any company that doesn't have pride in their work and lies to its customers should be avoided. Extremely, disappointed with being lied to, not getting the decency of a response and not having the repair made as promised. Resolution Sought Make the promised repair

This was resolved some time ago. We returned to the property and took care of the issue with the stairs. The consumer was satisfied with the finished work.

the company lied in their response. I have a record on my phone of 11 calls from 9/21/ 2 until10/21/21 that I made to Calaghan Masonry. I left voicemails with each call asking for a response about the needed repair. I never got a call back and I am the farthest thing from a satisfied customer. The company's response is a lie and extremely misleading.
