company refuses to repair work that was done

Had some masonry work on my stairs done in April and some cracks were observed in September. Since then, I have called the company over a dozen times, left three text messages and spoke to the owner twice. On both occasions Bernard told me that he would come out to look at the problem and come back to make the repair. Since then, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and, as of now, he hasn't .responded to either of us. Any company that doesn't have pride in their work and lies to its customers should be avoided. Extremely, disappointed with being lied to, not getting the decency of a response and not having the repair made as promised.

Bernard is supersonic with high level of quality, accuracy and timely fashion! He's very responsive on emergencies. Even if he's tied up with another job, which he usually is very busy, he will make the time to assist his clients in a timely fashion. The only person I trust to look at any of my clients when I'm not available is Bernard Callaghan. He is well known and very reasonable in his pricing. I have recommended in the past, present, and will continue to do so. I can sleep comfortably hiring Callaghan Masonry & Building Restoration.
