I placed a complaint back in Jan. I followed all the protocols in regards to my account being compromised and hacked. I contacted tango as requested by supervisor Stacey and screenshotted the information she requested and sent back to them. It's been since Jan and no one has refunded me back anything. All I keep getting is it will be 30 days!!! Well 30 days was two months ago. Something needs to give I did everything I was suppose to do as requested. Resolution Sought Give me my money back on my capital one shopping.

They're lying about how much they charged me. I have proof with screenshots. They're forcing me to pay them money I don't owe. I gave screenshots of what I owe them. You can't get a hold of them with a live person, unless you're late on your bill. They set it up that way so they can acquire interest. Then force you to pay for it. They took out everything in my bank account, which was never agreed upon. They did this twice. I'm accusing them of FRAUD. The first time they committed FRAUD was on the day their company announced they were buying Discover credit card company. Apparently they needed to steal from customers for their buy out monopoly deal. I don't recommend this company, I am trying to have this issue fixed then will use another company for auto refinancing . Once again I have proof! Literally screenshots from their app. Resolution Sought To pay the correct amount owed. Not their made up price.
