Too complicated to cancel.

Care.com is an online business and customers subscribe to their services by signing up and having charges deducted from their credit card. Charges are automatically deducted every ensuing quarter unless you request to terminate services. The problem is that it is impossible to do this online and their telephone number never has a live person to talk to. I had to terminate by requesting my credit card company to not accept any charges from Care.com. I was informed that I am not the first customer to complain of this shady practice. My conclusion is that this tactic generates more income because people get frustrated and give up. And the charges continue to be made. It's too complicated a process. And also provide customers with a phone number that can allow them to speak to a customer service rep.
