The disguising, abusive and violative conduct of Carmel Car and Limousine Service

I am 80 years old and have had open heart surgery ! On 6-7-21 ordered and paid for 6-20-21 trip and return trip to Scarsdale. Paid in advance a premium. On 6-20-21 Carmel did not show up for each of these paid for trip reservation and to make matter worse on 6-7-21q they charged my credit card $89.75 for a non-existent unauthorized trip. No excuses were offered and it took much effort to obtain refunds. The were fined by the Taxi and Limousine Commission and ignored the BBB. I am still out of pocked for my having at the last minute to chase and catch a Yellow cab paying an additional $40 to take me at the last minute to Scarsdale. I am still out of pocket for that amount. Terrible service, terrible abuse ! Michael Erdheim 8-31
