Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I think this is a scam billing company

Got a letter saying account being sent to collections. If not paid. I keep excellent EOB records. No such company ever billed me or insurance. Just this letter. Did not contain even the supposed DOS (date of service) or name of facility/doctor who ordered WHAT test?? Need to be reported. Has no physical address. Just a PO BOX. I will try reporting them for MEdicare fraud, though they never billed Medicare. SOmeone needs to do something.
