Fraud Fraud Fraud. Beware. Please Read.
I normally don't take the time to leave reviews but my experience with this company was SO HORRIBLE I feel compelled to do so in hopes to save you from the same horrible experience. First my appt time was between 8 - 10 am. The first tech had car problems so at 11 another guy shows up to do a basic cleaning of 3 rooms for $69. He doesn't arrive with a van with professional grade cleaners. Instead he pulls out of his tiny car a shampooer just like my mom used to own back in the day. Then he tells me that the basic cleaning will not remove the small stains that those will be additional charges but in order for them to be removed it will require each room to be deep cleaned which will run $130 per room. So I tell him ok. I want one of the 3 rooms deep cleaned for $130 and just a basic cleaning for the other two rooms. So he texts the office and comes back at me with, the two rooms will now cost me $49 each for the basic cleaning and $130 for the one room to be deep cleaned at $130 plus taxes and fees for a grand total of $260. BUT before he gave me the total he asks me if I will be paying cash. That was odd. Why? Does it change the price if I pay by check or card? (Which now I wished I had) upon him preparing to leave I asked him for my receipt. He tells me the office will send me one. How? They don't even have my email. So now, I've just paid him $260 cash plus a $30 tip and I've got no receipt. Naturally I called the office right away and they tell me of course they will email me an itemized receipt and then they ask me how much I paid! Huh? Shouldn't you know this? So I tell her and she says they will send me a receipt of payment shortly. I never received it. So yesterday, day 2 I call their office again asking for a receipt and this new lady says sure, no problem. Your total was $219 correct? I said NO I was told by your tech that I owed him $260. She paused and said she will contact the tech to find out what he had done and send me an itemized receipt. Of course that never happened. Then today, day 3 I called again and this time they just refused to answer any of my calls. On top of not being sent a receipt and now being ignored completely, our carpets look exactly as they did before he showed up. No improvement what so ever in any of the rooms including the one deep cleaned. Please do not get ripped off by this company. Please do your due diligence and ask questions about their service in depth. The type of machines they use. The chemical treatments they provide. How they back their guarantee and DO NOT PAY WITH CASH and DEMAND a receipt. I feel like a total moron for not doing these things. I was completely ripped off by this wanna be company. I don't understand how they are getting away with this.

This is a SHAM business.
I have never left a one star review. I would not give this business even one star. This is a sham business. The Manager/Owner lives out of the country. They do not have employees only contractors. There is no customer service only the desire to take your money. I had my carpets cleaned on August 17, 2022 and spots appeared after the cleaning that had not been there before. I immediately called and sent pictures of the problem. Seven weeks later I am still waiting for a response and a re-do. This will not be happening. I was told to contact the technician for resolution but was also told in the same conversation that he had been fired. I did not contract with the technician. I contracted with Steam N Clean/Easy Green. I was then told that this was just an answering service. There is not a legitimate company. It is a sham business with no consideration for employees/contractors or customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
