Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Monte provides a variety of options and is quick to look for something he may not have in stock.

I had just bought a beach condo and I was at a loss because of the space. I was referred to call Monte. Monte personally came to look at the condo and collected lifestyle information and presented many carpet/flooring options for a beach condo. Monte not only took the time to offer options, but also gave me information about the wear and tear of the particular carpet options. He has variety and is quick to look for something he may not have in stock. And, he will offer alternatives, if necessary. His installers are long time employees and they are punctual and provide good service. There is a good amount of trust between Monte and his installers. Monte provided personalized service, which is unheard of these days. I have been referring him to many others for the past 20 years.
