2015 Rose Parade

When we found out that the Lakota West Marching Firebirds were invited to march in the 2015 Rose Parade we were extremely excited since our 2 grandchildren march in this band. I immediately started looking for a tour with good seats. When I called Cartan they assured me they had the very best seats of any tour company. So we decided to pay a little more and get the best seats. When we arrived to check in at the hotel we were again reassured that our seats were going to be fantastic. Nothing could have been further from the truth. We were not seated where we were told and Cartan's only response was to say they were sorry and they were going to look into what happened. Well they can look into it all the want but the cold hard truth is that Cartan ruined a once in a lifetime event for us with our grandchildren. We would never recommend this tour company to anyone based on our personal experience.
