I would like to see the employee fired because of the pain and embarrassment he caused.

I was visiting the store to purchase something to eat. The guy behind the counter ignored me and had another customer and skipped me. So I waited not only to still be ignored. He got furiously heated because the other customer said he didn't like him and I said I see why. He started with swearing and then said I hate you African Americans; you all are just stupid. I said what did you say? He said you heard me you're a stupid African American. I said this will be your last day working here; I will call in later. He then called me the "N" word. I turned around like wow. The other customers said now you are going too far. I said did you just call me the "N" word, seriously??? He said yea and repeated it. They have no corporate number so I'm just tying to see what can I do. I think its best to get a lawyer but I would like to see him fired because of the pain and embarrassment he caused.
