I accompanied my husband with n a routine eye exam. When I scheduled the appointment, I relayed to the scheduler that we are both fully vaccinated and that we would be wearing masks. I asked if there were ANY other matters of protocol we should be observing. I was told that there was nothing else. When we arrived, we were informed that family members, due to covid protocol, are not allowed to accompany patients. We respect and understand the policy. However, that should have been made clear when we scheduled.
