Customer service and service needs help.

I have not had internet service 24/7 for about 3 months now back in April I believe that the service would be interrupted and it would come back on in say 30 minutes I could call and tell CenturyLink about the problem they would do something on their end and I'd have uninterrupted service have perfect service for about 24 hours then it would go back to disconnect and you couldn't get anyting do call them do everything in the world that they wanted me to do and it would just it would be 30 minutes or an hour with them on the phone to get reconnected but once that happened I had perfect service for about 24 hours and I've called two and three times per week and it's the same thing I've got poor it's interrupted all the time you can't get back online you got a they sent me different modems I finally sent a technician last week he said he found something in the line and the internet line that comes to my house but again after he left it work perfect for 24 hours I thought they had a carrot again but it goes right on back to I just I finally called up in and tried to cancel the account today and I'm going to send these router modems back and I hope I get credited for him but anyway they are just if you can talk to somebody from CenturyLink that understands my English it seems to be okay but when I communicate with someone wherever they're located at and it takes three or four tries for them to understand three or four words it just it's just bad business as far as I'm concerned.

Century links fees are too high.

I'm not complaining about the $700 but anyone would think that after a week of waiting for the internet service they could at least deliver like junk mail. Every mail was here by 11 am today. UPS, I was wondering was instructed to deliver at 4:45 pm. Giving me a tracking # for what purpose. How did century link manage to canvas all of lehigh acres so we cannot get internet service except thru them. Does anyone except me think its a discrimination that one company only can posses internet service? Century links fees are too high. They have too much access.
