Crook, as bad as they are

I would put a 0 if I could. I purchased a 2008 GMC truck from CH Enterprises Auto. The start of this process was on October 24th 2017. I spokie to Cyrus many times on the phone and through text messages as I am in Spokane WA and he is in Upland CA. I saw his truck originally on EBAYmotors and he directed me to his website. The truck showed well in pictures and was stated to have 37,000 miles which was incredible since it was a 2008. I asked all about the condition of the truck and was told it was clean and low mileage. The website said it was extremely clean and low mileage. I had him send me a purchase order so my bank can fund and he put my name on the paperwork instead of my business info as requested, no biggie. Finally on the 26th of October, the correct purchase order came through and my bank funded to get the truck shipped. Cyrus told me on November 1st, he got the check for the truck and was going to write the documents up. I asked him to overnight the docs and he stated he would send priority. I got the documents on November 3rd and they were wrong as well. Again, in my name, not the business. The issue was large here since he put my name on the title and that would not be accepted by our DMV. He would be able to send a statement of facts to correct that though. On November 7th, he finally states that he was getting the corrected paperwork back to me "he had a hectic day" he said. He stated that he overnighted the paperwork on the 7th. Well, the 8th came and went. Then the 9th. finally I get the paperwork and go to the DMV on November 13th and they see that the mileage on the title is showing 57,000+ as of 11/1/2016 and Cyrus has all the mileage at 37,000 miles. DMV was not cool with this. As you can imagine, neither am I. Finally, Cyrus called for the transport of the vehicle which is how he had the vehicle listed. "free shipping with purchase". He also called "the title company in Montana" to fix the title that they made a mistake on.....KM to miles and that was what the story was. I overnighted the title to BIG SKY Transport, the original owner of the vehicle for them to get it handled. I was not hearing anything from Cyrus or the transport company on November 22nd so I asked Cyrus to refund my money, cancel the deal and he would be out nothing, and we would walk away. He would not allow that and the vehicle had not been shipped, the paperwork was not correct and the title was wrong. He would not even respond to that. He stated that he was working on things and it would work out. Thanksgiving happened and then we finally got word that the truck had someone looking to pick it up on December 1st and have it to Spokane on December 4th. Still no title for the truck. The 4th came and so did the truck. To say my gut sank when I saw it was an understatement. I felt as though someone had stolen $15,000 from me. The truck looks as though it spent every day jumping in the desert. RUN RUN RUN CROOK!
