Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Definitely give them a 5 star rating!!

He did a lot of work for me. Gazebo on the back yard, concrete work and worked around the swimming pool contractor. He was recommended to me from another one of his customer's. He has really good workers. They are efficient, very professional and polite. At one point, I had a family friend who was impressed with how clean and organized his crew was. I have definitely been recommending Chaca General Contractors, Inc. and will continue to do so. We are in the process of hiring him in the near future for additional work.
