We had a loan with champion mortgage back in 2005 that we then refinanced in 2007 with another lender. We are now discovering that the 2005 loan was not properly recorded by Champion as far as releasing the lean. We are selling our house and it is now held up because of this. When I called Champion which now only does reverse mortgages, they said I would have to send a written letter by mail to get help with this and that no number exists to call. This is unacceptable, and this is not our fault. It is theirs. Resolution Sought Get in touch with champion mortgage ASAP and have them send the release to the title company.

Clearly my complaint was not read by the company. I specifically said this was not a reverse mortgage and was from 2005.

We regret any dissatisfaction you may have experienced regarding a previous response or if you do not feel the response adequately addressed the concerns. However, we are unable to locate a Champion loan for review. As such, unless we are able to locate a loan that was serviced by Champion, we will not be able to conduct a review to adequately address any concerns. Our records do not reflect that there is any information provided within the correspondence as previously requested for us to attempt to locate a loan with Champion. If you are able to provide a loan number or provide the mortgagor's name and property address, we can further review. Started foreclosure in September 2018. I followed all the FHA / HECM guidelines for a short sale for years. No results due to Champion Mortgage. Resolution Sought Pay for my damages Champion Mortgage / Nationstar

Our records reflect on March 18, 2022, Champion responded to your complaint for the referenced loan. At that time, you were advised we did not have receipt of proper documentation giving you authorization on the account. Therefore, we are unable to address the concerns mentioned in your correspondence. I have enclosed (copy to BCA for review) copy of the letter dated March 18 2022. Please note, that effective March 1, 2022, the servicing of the Reverse Mortgage was transferred to PHH Mortgage Services, LLC.
