Let other people know about the Charlotte observer.

I was a customer of the observer for 40 yrs. the service got so bad I stopped it. I was missing a total of 106 times in less than a year with no, help from the supervisors, they said they would help with the delivery problem, but never did.

Since November of last year I have tired to get the charlotte observer to cancel my paper, I called them, I email them on many times, every time i checked my bank account i seen money was taken out. I had to call my bank to see why and what i could do. Even after getting a new bank card,money was still coming out of my account. So when i just couldn't take it any more i got in touch with bca and that was all i had to do.I am as happy as i can be since the bca step in and help me come to a close with the charlotte observer new paper. They close my account and stop taking money from me. Thanks bca for what yall did.
