Charter Communications - Corporate Escalations

Look in too the cable billing for customers they know it is a problem!!!
The customer service is not great instead of trying to keep customers they can care less the cable is too high their prices need to be checked out they are charging too much for cabel!!! When I find another provider I will be gone!! Have been with them since charter 1988@.

Where we live in North Carolina Spectrum is the only good service to get in the rural areas and they keep charging for services I do not have every month for ever since I started my services
