    In filing my complaint, Spectrum immediately responded with a resolution.

    Spectrum representatives were very helpful with a resolution to this problem. Everyone I spoke with showed empathy and wanted to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with the technician Ken that came out. I was really surprised that I even received a call from Rick to make sure that things were in order. They were very quick to resolve any and all issues. A Cellini

    Very poor service

    I had great service with Time Warner Cable. As soon as Charter (Spectrum) took over things went downhill fast. First no more recording option for my cameras on my Intelligent home (a spectrum service) then no more free upgrades on the internet which were part of my package. Then they discontinue the dedicated group that was great techs replacing them with mainstream people that have to transfer you 8 times to get all of what you need to be done. I was guaranteed that my package would never go up but lo and behold It went up 30.00 Monthly. I switched to a Spectrum package with the understanding my speed would also go up to 400 from 300 meg. Well, that did not happen. The guy did not check to make sure my area had been upgraded even though they aired commercials that showed it was. They only say sorry about all this.
    Well, frankly I'm leaving them as soon as Google Fiber arrives. The prices are much higher than before customer service, for the most part, is terrible.

    Mr. Craig Scurlock went above and beyond to assist me with my remote control problem.

    I was having problems with my TWC remote. Mr. Craig Scurlock of Time Warner Cable called me and made an appointment to see me the same morning. When he arrived he did his due diligence to understand the problem with my remote control. He went to Target where I bought the Element HDTV to research the matter further. He found out that each code listed in the Element Guide for TWC only works with certain model remotes and certain model Element TVs. And, the same is true with TWC Guide, certain TWC remotes work with certain Element HDTV models. If you are not as savvy as Mr. Scurlock there is no place to find this information. Mr. Scurlock exhausted every possibility and then some to not only find a remedy, but a solution that would allow normal function and no additional discomfort to this disabled elderly. He is the only one who had the curiosity and character to diagnose the problem and make the concerted effort to fix it. He left me with a remote device that allowed my RA disfigured hands to navigate this remote with large flat buttons. He listened and cared. The bottom line is the model remote and my model TV cannot be in sync. Mr. Scurlock had suggested to return the Element TV and he would take me to Best Buy to purchase a more adaptable TV. As I was in no condition to accept his most generous offer, I declined. Thank you for bringing this nightmare to a close.
