I first called in to cancel my service, which ended October 31st 2023. I returned all spectrum's property ( Modem and cords). I tried to get this settled through spectrum and was continued given the runarounds. Spectrum have reported my name to the credit bureau as if I am denying to pay whatever it is I have left to pay. I am not disputing any charges with spectrum that occurred from the month of October 2023. I am disputing anything that's added after October which I was told ran over to the second week of November of 2023. I never disputed paying whatever I had left but I am disputing being overcharged for services I did not use. Again I've tried several times to explain that and for them to give me some kind of prorate so I can pay what I owe and instead they keep trying to make me pay a full balance of $146.82. I also want them to reverse telling the credit bureau that I didn't pay my bill trying to ruin my credit because that's a lie. Resolution Sought Give me the proper amount of what I owe and nothing more. Have my name removed from the credit bureau since they are the ones who reported it and it's a falseified accusation.

Charter records indicate on April 17, 2024, a representative spoke with this customer regarding the matter. The representative decided that in this case, an adjustment is to be provided. This has since been completed and proper expectations have been set. Interactions have been reviewed in an effort to identify coaching and retraining opportunities. A Charter representative contacted the customer on April 17, 2024 and discussed the above information. After reading the myriad amount of complaints, responses, and resolutions about Spectrum and then coupled with what I'm going through with them I feel it's time I to make my issues be known? First off, with the Cable TV service...not a night goes by without interruption of the cable service where it goes out completely or just audio or no video? Next the cell phone service! Both phones have no GPS service, one phone can't get calls from certain family members & doctors. The phones were checked by the family members carrier and there is no problem on their end? I've been to the Spectrum store locally & the problem can't be solved & I was told to call Customer Svc. to no avail? I'll put it this way? It's like I'm paying for a car I can't drive? We've had the service for a while, never missed a payment, the $$ gets taken out automatically each month...and we're very unhappy! My girlfriend suffers from seizures, has emotional issues and needs to be in contact daily with her family members! I called Customer Svc. this morning only to be laughed at by the representative? Nobody seems to care at Spectrum to resolving the customers concerns? I've already made a complaint with the FCC, but haven't heard back from them as of yet? My phone # is: 347-777-7385 Resolution Sought Fix the problem! I also believe that a refund is due me for the aggravation & sleepiness nights I've had to endure? I'd also like an apology from that rude, nasty Customer service rep I spoke with today? He said he was based in TEXASS (intended mis spell)
