As a customer no one should ever feel badgered into keeping a service that they don't want.

I called to cancel my service and then spent an additional 30 minutes being badgered by TJ, the representative, trying to get me not to cancel my service. I told the representative no less than 10 times that I just want my service cancelled, which he refused to do. I then demanded that I be connected to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. The manager was able to cancel my service and apologize for the representative. As a customer no one should ever feel badgered into keeping a service that they don't want.

Spectrum should be shut down and and fined for overcharging people

It's called spectrum and they are charging people on a lot of money for their internet and their cable their phone they're charging people over $500 a month for f****** s***** ass f****** internet and phone and cable they're taking advantage of people and these people try to charge me $200 for one month and $500 for late whatever it was for I don't know but I told him to come and get their cr*p or I was going to throw it out the window they should be shut down because they are stealing people's money charging over charging people for s***** for cr*ppy internet and cable and phone service they should be prosecuted and discontinued
