The tech center of this company is neglectful and abusive

The tech center of this company is neglectful and abusive. They do not have the correct skills or talents to do what they call "fixing" the systems. The only thing these excuses of "agents" can do is blame the employees internet when we have a literal CCNP telling verifying the network is strong enough. They are messing with people way of life and putting their lives in danger. They cannot be allowed to continued to do this they think they control the world. Alex specifically. Tech team being reprimanded and potentially replacing Alex with someone that can actually do his job.

Strange business practices.

I wanted to place an order on the Chewy.com we sight. They cancelled my order again. They offer a 30.00 ecard for 100.00 spent. I tried to purchase the same item and they cancelled the order. I was not charged on my bank card. But I created an account with my bank card and e mail address? Strange business practices. Check into it.
